NOTICE – Issues with Package Delivery via GLS Netherlands
17-06-2026We are currently experiencing issues with the delivery of our packages (in various regions of the Netherlands).
GLS Netherlands is not honoring its commitments, which means that some orders have been “in transit” for nearly two weeks. Normally, we guarantee delivery within one business day of the order being placed.
Unfortunately, we have not yet received any substantive response from GLS Netherlands, other than that some of their depots are experiencing delays.
We are currently delivering the delayed packages ourselves with our own colleagues.
Of course, we are working on a good solution; we want to be able to offer our customers the service they have come to expect from us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience!
